**Build the Skills and Confidence to Lead Curriculum Work That Matters!**

Step confidently into curriculum leadership with the guidance of experienced mentors and personalized coaching. Lead Forward is a mentorship program designed to support curriculum directors in their first three years on the job those navigating the early, high-impact stages of instructional leadership. Through structured, strategic mentoring, participants gain a clear understanding of the processes, systems, and leadership skills necessary to thrive in the role—from curriculum planning and implementation to professional development and organizational leadership.

**Details**

- Friday, November 21, 2025 (Virtual) 
    - 12:00 - 3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, December 11, 2025 (In-person at CESA 6) 
    - 8:00 - 11:30 a.m.
- Wednesday, February 18, 2026 (In-person at CESA 6) 
    - 8:00 - 11:30 a.m.

You will also receive six personalized, one-hour virtual coaching sessions. These sessions will support you in transferring of the learning into actionable steps within your system, personalized problem-solving and clarity for your role within your system, and feedback and goal setting.

Topics for your virtual coaching sessions can include, but are not limited to:

- Data and Assessment: Maximize your understanding of district data and insights into interpretation, leading to next steps
- Curriculum Review Cycle: Learn how to plan a review cycle and analyze the process within a 4K-12 system
- Planning for Professional Learning and Continuous Improvement: Leverage your district structures to maximize teacher learning within continuous improvement cycles
- Act 20 Implementation

Cost: $1,250 per participant

**Who Should Participate?**

- Curriculum & Instruction Directors in years 1-3 of their role

**Optional Add-on Coaching Support  
**Add on in-district coaching support for a longer “project” related to the job!
