Districts using Frontline Education Professional Growth for employee evaluation often need to reassign the platform's back-end technical support and management responsibilities.

CESA 6 will provide online training for districts utilizing the CESA 6 Effectiveness Project (EP) Model. This training introduces a Frontline Platform Manager to the tools, functionality, and back-end management needs of Frontline Professional Growth.

Breaking up the training into three sessions will give participants time to absorb and apply the skills they learn in each session before moving on to the next. Offering a 1:1 meeting with the presenter after the final session is a valuable opportunity for participants to receive personalized support and guidance based on their specific needs and challenges.

Outcomes:

• Deepen knowledge about the Frontline Education architecture and system capabilities

• Access and utilize all features available to manage the evaluation process from evaluator to end user views

• Identify the needed considerations when updating the system

• Investigate reports available in the platform to support data management and professional development
