Writing and Monitoring Student Plans That Drive Instruction!
Writing personalized reading plans (PRPs) can feel overwhelming—especially when educators are balancing data interpretation, intervention planning, and documentation requirements under tight timelines. After navigating the initial urgency of compliance, it’s time to shift from survival mode to strategy. Embedding PRPs into existing systems and routines will help transform plans from a compliance task into a powerful tool for driving student literacy growth. We will examine case studies that demonstrate how stronger alignment between data and instruction improves student outcomes. They will show how high-quality PRPs can be both sustainable and impactful.
