## 4K Literacy Academy: Leveraging Letter Learning to Support Early Literacy

**Explore the Impact of Letter-Learning Cycles on Early Literacy Success  
**This comprehensive professional learning experience, focused on our earliest learners in 4K, is designed to enhance early literacy instruction through intentional letter learning cycles. Over the course of three in-person learning days and one personalized coaching day, participants will engage in high-leverage routines and strategies that foster strong letter-sound correspondence and accelerate letter learning. By the end of this series, participants will have a clear, actionable plan for structured letter learning that is responsive to data, integrates local resources, and supports effective early literacy development.

**Details**

- Three in-person learning days 
    - Explore letter learning cycles and learn how to embed routines into your plans.
    - Use screening data results to strengthen responsive planning within universal instruction
- One in-district coaching day 
    - Customized opportunity to gather information about current state, explore teacher language, analyze student data to progress monitor, and/or modeling of the letter learning routine
