What to Expect:

In this hands-on session, students will explore what it truly means to lead with purpose through interactive team challenges, real-world leadership scenarios, and quick reflection activities that reveal their personal leadership styles. Participants will work together to solve problems, make group decisions, and see firsthand how communication, collaboration, and empathy build stronger teams.
