• Reviewing evaluation element progress
• Summative rating simulation

• Monitor progress on evaluation elements and adjust plans for the remainder of the year.
• Conduct a classroom observation, collect evidence, and prepare to provide the educator with feedback. 
• Review an educator’s evidence sources to provide an end-of-cycle effectiveness rating for Standard 3 | Instructional Delivery.
