The High-Leverage Instructional Routines Toolkit for grades K-5 is grounded in research and provides explicit, structured routines that strengthen universal instruction, maximize reteaching opportunities, and support small group instruction. These routines are designed to be flexible and classroom-ready, allowing teachers to improve clarity, engagement, and student outcomes without adding new programs or overwhelming planning demands.
This Train-the-Trainer professional learning offering is designed for educators, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders who want to lead implementation of our High-Leverage Instructional Routine Toolkit for grades K-5 within their schools or districts. The experience prepares participants not only to use the routines effectively, but to teach, model, and support others in applying them with fidelity.
