The High-Leverage Instructional Toolkit is grounded in research and provides explicit, structured routines that strengthen universal instruction, maximize reteaching opportunities, and support small group instruction. These routines are designed to be flexible and classroom-ready, allowing teachers to improve clarity, engagement, and student outcomes without adding new programs or overwhelming planning demands.

This Train-the-Trainer professional learning offering is designed for educators, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders who want to lead implementation of our High-Leverage Instructional Routine Toolkit within their schools or districts. The experience prepares participants not only to use the routines effectively, but to teach, model, and support others in applying them with fidelity.
