These one-hour virtual think tank experiences are designed for coaches who are responsible for leading and sustaining strong literacy instruction in their buildings. These sessions provide a collaborative space for instructional coaches and leaders to deepen their understanding of structured literacy while grappling with the real-world challenges of implementation at the building level. Each think tank will offer a brief, focused learning segment on leading structured literacy along with opportunities to discuss current building challenges and hear from colleagues about successes they are encountering.

• Collaborate to develop solutions for building-level coaching challenges
• Network and learn from other coaches leading similar work
