The Strategic Literacy Planning Consortium is an intensive, collaborative series designed for district leadership teams ready to move beyond "random acts of literacy" toward a cohesive, evidence-based system. By bridging the gap between high-level vision and classroom reality, this consortium provides the frameworks, tools, and peer-to-peer accountability necessary to build a sustainable three-year literacy roadmap.
Literacy improvement is not a one-time event; it is a systemic evolution. This consortium is built on the principle that student outcomes are a direct reflection of the systems that support them. Utilizing Mastering System Implementation, we will help you shift the focus from "adopting a program" to "building a system." By applying rigorous implementation science, we help teams navigate the transition from initial exploration to full, district-wide proficiency.
Join us for this deep dive into implementation science and systems-thinking as you build a three-year literacy plan. We will integrate an in-district coaching day to scale the learning and personalize the planning to ensure tight alignment with system readiness.
