While schools and systems often provide the structure for teachers to meet in collaborative teams, many do not provide explicit leadership, instruction, and support for educators to do so effectively.  Leading Collaborative Team Time will equip leaders at all levels of implementation with the necessary tools to lead for impact with consistency, clarity, and efficiency. For 1.5 days, school leaders will learn, reflect, and plan for successful support of collaborative teams; while also receiving three follow-up coaching/supports sessions during the school year tailored to each participating district’s specific needs.

OBJECTIVES

• Develop the tools and structures to create the conditions for success of your collaborative teams.
• Develop awareness of the necessary structures and components to ensure productivity and purpose for your collaborative teams.
• Develop the culture to sustain impact on student learning, achievement, and growth over the long term.
• Receive tailored coaching support (3 sessions) to ensure your building/district has the support needed to move forward successfully.

CESA 6 accepts credit card payments for all event registrations. If you are unable to complete your registration using a credit card, please contact events@cesa6.org for assistance with alternative arrangements.

Please note if an alternative payment is needed, a purchase order must be received before your registration can be confirmed. All registrations must be finalized before the event date.

Alternative payment methods may be approved under the following circumstances:

• Registration fees exceed $1,000
• A specific funding source is being used (e.g., Title funds)
• Your school district requires use of an internal payment process
