Mentor Training Level 2

This training goes in-depth into the feedback and coaching process mentors may use with initial educators to help them build skills, enhance practice, and gain confidence.

This training is an advanced development program designed for experienced mentors who are ready to deepen their impact and refine their practice. Building on foundational mentoring skills, this training focuses on strategic and relationship-centered approaches that support meaningful and sustained mentee growth.

OBJECTIVES

Apply more advanced coaching techniques to deepen mentee critical thinking and self-direction.
Facilitate challenging conversations with confidence, including delivering constructive feedback and addressing sensitive issues.
Manage complex mentoring scenarios, including disengagement, resistance, or competing priorities.
