CESA 6 is offering training for new Effectiveness Project Impact Coaches (EPICs) to deepen their knowledge of the Effectiveness Project (EP) processes and best practices that lead to maximized educator growth. The training consists of four synchronous, virtual sessions where participants learn how to prepare orientation and training presentations for staff, provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the school year, and keep staff engaged in the EP process. Led by Growth and Development Center consultants, the training will also include a review of EPIC meeting information and strategies to enhance staff participation in the EP process.

OBJECTIVES

• Deepen your knowledge about the Effectiveness Project processes and best practices that lead to educator growth
• Prepare orientation and training presentations for staff
• Provide support and guidance as you help staff navigate the various EP processes throughout the school year
• Review EPIC meeting information and share strategies to keep staff engaged in the EP process
