This workshop helps school leaders create systems that give new teachers the tools, resources, and support they need to grow and thrive.
Collaborate with the CESA 6 Growth & Development team to plan onboarding for the 2026–27 school year. Administrative teams will receive two follow-up coaching sessions to assess progress and refine plans, while new teachers join a bi-monthly virtual network for support, professional development, and regional collaboration.
