Districts often have access to a wealth of CTE data—but turning that information into meaningful action can be challenging. This facilitated workshop guides district teams through a structured process to analyze their data, evaluate the strength of their career pathways, and identify clear priorities for improvement.
Participants will examine key metrics related to enrollment, concentrators, performance, and participation, then take a deeper look at pathway design, alignment, and access to essential components such as work-based learning, credentials, dual credit, and CTSOs. The session culminates in collaborative planning time to translate insights into actionable, strategic next steps aligned to district goals and Perkins priorities.
