Implementation isn’t linear—collaboration strengthens the work! Build connections and leave re-energized knowing you’re not alone. As you look ahead to next year, determine what you want to strengthen, refine, or reimplement. Consider decisions that will have the greatest impact on next year: How do we move from collecting data to using data? How can we interweave our continuum of supports to focus on the whole child? How can I lead my team to support the forward momentum of implementation?
