Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) can be one of the most powerful ways to engage students, build leadership skills, and extend learning beyond the classroom. At the same time, getting a chapter off the ground can feel like a big lift.
This two-day workshop is designed for educators and their future student leaders to start strong—together. Participants will explore practical strategies for embedding CTSO experiences into existing coursework, while developing a realistic, student-led program of work for the upcoming year. Through guided planning, templates, and examples, teams will leave with a clear path forward that maximizes student impact without overwhelming staff.
