What if your staff had a completely new lens for understanding the behavior of young children, and the tools to help families see it the same way?
The Regulated Classroom® is a Polyvagal-informed, evidence-based framework now used by over 45,000 educators across the country. This two-day Train the Trainer brings that framework directly to your team, and equips participants to bring it back to their schools, programs, and communities.
Grounded in cutting-edge neuroscience, attachment research, and sensory integration, this 12-hour in-person training gives early childhood educators and parents simple, practical tools to reduce overwhelm, experience co-regulation, and build the resilience that makes learning possible.
Participants leave with not just knowledge, but an embodied, lived understanding of why children behave the way they do, and what to actually do about it.
This training is led by Chrissy D'Agostino, M.A. — an independent educational consultant and parent educator with deep expertise in early childhood, special education, and educational neuroscience. Chrissy holds a Master's degree from San Francisco State University, a certification in Applied Educational Neuroscience from Butler University, and advanced training from the Polyvagal Institute, the Mindsight Institute, The Brazelton Touchpoints Center, and more. Her work is rooted in relational neuroscience and Polyvagal Theory — and her ability to translate complex science into warm, practical strategies is what makes this training truly unforgettable.

OBJECTIVES
Participants will gain the knowledge, resources, and confidence to bring The Regulated Classroom® framework back to their own schools, programs, and communities to train their own staff and teams.
Attendees will shift from a standard view of child behavior to an embodied, Polyvagal-informed understanding of why young children behave the way they do.
Participants will gain the language and tools to help families adopt this same brain-based lens, creating a unified approach between home and school.
Participants will walk away with simple, actionable, and evidence-based sensory integration strategies. They will know exactly how to implement these tools in real-time to reduce overwhelm, practice effective co-regulation, and build the emotional resilience necessary for early learning to thrive.
